ONLINE BOOKING
The online diary is open TWO MONTHS in advance, if you cannot see an appointment time
that you would like, please contact the studio on 07718 074037 and we can check
availability for you, or you can add yourself to the waitlist. All online bookings will require you
to enter your card details and pay a 50% non-refundable booking fee. It will also charge the
full amount if you fail to cancel or show for your appointment outside of the T&C’s.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation/ change/
rearrangement of an appointment. If you cancel/ change/ no show/ rearrange your
appointment, without giving the required notice, you will be charged for the full treatment
time, whatever the reason. (Extreme emergencies will be taken into consideration). This will
need to be paid before any other appointments can be made.
If the appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice, the fee will be transferred to
the new appointment that is made, or it will sit as credit on your account. It can only be
moved once.
TIMINGS
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are 10 or more minutes late arriving, we
will not be able to carry out your full treatment, but you will be charged the full amount. The
appointments are worked back to back, so if you are more than five minutes late, it runs into
the next client’s appointment time, which is unfair on the client waiting.
DEPOSITS
All clients are now required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, this will be deducted from
your final bill on the day. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been
paid.
NO CHILDREN UNDER 16
We please ask that no children under the age of 16 are bought with you to your appointment,
unless they are coming in for treatment themselves. This is a requirement from the Insurers.
It is also to ensure maximum relaxation and enjoyment for you and other clients.
SKINCARE INFO
If you are using any Tretinoin, Retinol, Retinoids, Vitamin A, Glycolic, Salicylic, Lactic Acids,
Vitamin C in your skincare, please make a note in your diary to stop using this seven days
before your appointment.
If you are having any Chemical Peels, Botox, Fillers, Skin Booster treatments, please wait
two weeks after these treatments before you have your brows done, or have your brows
done first then these treatments two weeks later. This also applies to any HydraFacial
treatments.
Please remove any contact lenses and eye makeup including mascara if you are having any
lash treatments. This can affect the results of the treatment on the day and also eats into
your treatment time, meaning we may not be able to compete the full treatment, but you will
still be charged.
Also please avoid any fake tans/ Gradual Tans on the face as this can affect the tint results.
If there are any changes to your medical history or medications, please advise us before
your appointment so we can check for any contra indications.
When making an appointment with SkynDypyty, you are agreeing to all terms and
